Yes, a patch test is mandatory to check for allergic reactions and skin sensitivity. We perform it at least 24–48 hours before treatment. This ensures your safety and allows us to select the most suitable formula for comfortable, long-lasting tinting results.
When performed professionally with quality dyes and proper technique, tinting does not damage natural hairs. Our technicians avoid direct skin contact and use gentle formulas. Follow aftercare instructions and avoid harsh oils or rubbing to preserve hair health and color longevity.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows. Avoid lash lifts, brow waxing, or chemical treatments 24–48 hours beforehand. Bring photos of your desired look. If you have sensitivities, mention medications or conditions during consultation and schedule a patch test as required.
We generally do not tint lashes when extensions are present, as dye can weaken adhesive bonds and alter extension color. Remove extensions before tinting or schedule tinting first, then extensions after a recommended waiting period to ensure safe application.
